This is a Custom TMAS-C Nashville Style 3-Way premium pre-wired wiring harness with a control plate upgrade for American or Mexican. The center knobs works as a volume bleed for your middle pickup. This allows you to dial in the middle pickup regardless of where the 3-way switch is. The Push/Pull function on this knob switches the middle pickup to switch from parallel to series when pulled. The control plate is drop-in ready to go with the correct length jack and bridge ground wires installed. This wiring harness will give you the clearest signal possible with even and balanced clearest signal possible with even and balanced volume/tone roll-off.
