This piece is a miniature replica of a classic windsor style armchair featuring a fan back design with thin spindles and curved arms. Based on the construction and the dark finish it appears to be a mid-20th century doll accessory or quite possibly a salesman sample. The turned legs and cross stretchers mimic the craftsmanship of full scale Early American furniture. It was most likely made from 1940s to 1960s.

This miniature chair is in good vintage condition and displays the unique charm of a hand-assembled piece. It features authentic character marks including a crack on the front corner of the seat. The spindles and legs show the irregularities common in vintage craftsmanship, with some spindles having a natural, hand-set lean and one leg showing a slant that is off from the others. These features are not as noticeable from the front as from the back, but please review all pictures to make that decision. These variations, along with some scuffs and light finish wear on the edges and spindles, contribute to its genuine antique aesthetic. The structure remains stable and displays beautifully.
