I have fully tested this TV. Also pulled the back off and blown all the dust out. Also verifying there’s no bugs dead or alive. The TV did not need any servicing but please remember TV is 20 years old. It’s working for me, but it may work a month for you please understand the risk of buying old tech. All my sales are final. also, it has a replacement power cord. I would suggest either buying a new one because it is short is also 125V required up to 120 V.
