I have a set of gears, shafts, and bearings for a Suzuki 200 HP outboard. In one of the photos, you can see that a small gear has a chip in it. In any case, I am not an expert in this field. However, everything else looks to be in good condition, and there was no water in the oil. I disassembled the unit due to a damaged gearcase. The shaft length is 25 inches; the parts were removed from a 2004 model. Selling as-is.
