Vintage light blue wall sconce/reading lamp, made by IKEA, likely in the 1980s. These classic tubular designs can be mounted both horizontally as a reading/bedside lamp, or vertically as a decorative wall lamp. It is made entirely from metal with an adjustable shade. It is in good condition with only minor wear. 

E14 lamp socket. The lamp has a European standard power plug.
