This is the Japanese version of Tetris for the original Game Boy. It plays in full English on all Game Boy consoles: original, Pocket, Color, and Advance. No special hardware or modifications needed.

Condition: Cartridge has been tested and is fully working. Please note there is some discoloration on the cartridge shell, which is cosmetic only and does not affect gameplay in any way.
