This is a superb, original George V silver crown minted in the silver jubilee year of 1935. Colloquially known as "The Rocking Horse Crown" due to the stylised Art Deco design of George & The Dragon on the reverse, the coin was minted in .500 silver and is in the original red presentation box. Lettering impressed "Decum et Tutamen* Anno Regni XXV *" on the edge.
