Product includes: 1 PCS black Dent removal rods with different sizes(R1) 16PCS Awl head(11 plastic repair heads and 5 stainless steel repair heads) How to use the Dent Removal Rods: 1. First, use mild soapy water and a clean cloth to thoroughly clean the dent and the surrounding body panel. Ensure all dust, debris, and grease are removed to allow for clear visualization of the dent and unobstructed tool access. After cleaning, dry the area completely. 2. Carefully inspect the size, depth, and location of the dent. Select an appropriate head based on the location of the depression and the structure of the car body. For example, for dents on the inner side of the door, a head of moderate length and a finer head might be chosen to allow more precise access into tight spaces 3. If repairing from the inside of the body panel, place the head of the rod steadily against a suitable point beneath the depression. Simultaneously, place a piece of soft padding (such as a rubber pad or thick cloth pad) on the external corresponding area of the car body to prevent scratching the paint when applying force with the rod 4. Apply an even, slow upward force to gradually lift the depression. Avoid using excessive force or sudden jerks, as this can overstretch the metal or cause further damage to the paint. Proceed patiently and incrementally. 5. Frequently check the progress of the dent repair from different angles. Adjust the position or angle of the rod as needed, or switch to head with different shapes or sizes to ensure the dent is being lifted evenly. 6. After the majority of the dent has been lifted, fine-tuning may be necessary. At this stage, a rubber mallet can be used to gently tap around the depression to help adjust the levelness of the area
