This Konica C35 has been professionally serviced and overhauled. It is a compact 35mm rangefinder camera equipped with a famous Hexanon 38mm f/2.8 lens, known for its superb sharpness.

■ Professional Overhaul Story

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

This camera has been professionally overhauled by a master technician with over 6,000 successful repairs.

The Konica C35 is a classic rangefinder, but many units today suffer from dead exposure meters or corroded wiring. This unit has been fully rescued: The CDS sensor has been replaced with a brand-new component and adjusted for accuracy using an external resistor. Furthermore, as seen in the photos, all internal wiring from the battery box has been replaced with new wires to ensure long-term electrical reliability. The shutter and lens assembly have been disassembled, cleaned, and lubricated to ensure the camera operates as it did when new.

■ Functional Condition (Fully Serviced)

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Shutter: Works perfectly. The electronic shutter fires accurately. B (Bulb) mode is also fully functional.

• Exposure Meter: Working. The CDS sensor is brand new. The needle in the viewfinder moves correctly according to light conditions, and the aperture opens and closes accordingly.

• Self-timer: Works properly in sync with the shutter.

• Wiring: The wiring from the battery box has been completely replaced with new wires and professionally re-soldered for long-term reliability.

• Light Seals: The light seals on the film door have been replaced (Photo 13) to prevent light leaks.

This camera uses one LR44 battery. I am including a test battery inside the unit so you can start shooting immediately upon arrival.

■ Optics (Lens & Viewfinder)

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Lens: Professionally cleaned. It is mostly clear, though a few tiny dust specks or minor marks may remain due to age. There are no scratches or fungus that affect image quality.

• Viewfinder: The viewfinder has been cleaned and is very clear. The bright frames are distinct and yellow (Photo 16). The double image (rangefinder patch) is clearly visible, and the focus has been calibrated for accuracy, including infinity.

■ Physical Condition

• Body: Good vintage condition with some minor scuffs, scratches, and slight dirt from normal use. Specifically, there are some small, subtle dents and surface irregularities on the bottom plate. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the camera's function or stability. The rest of the body is in beautiful shape for its age. *Please carefully check the photos, especially the bottom plate, for details.

• Light Seals: All light seals have been replaced with new material.
