This is a rare toy2r QEE faceplate for the Xbox 360. I got this as part of a job lot many years ago. The faceplate is slightly yellowed compared to the standard white/off white that it came originally. It doesn't include the mini figures which were originally part of the set. It's missing the memory card flaps. and the flap over the USB ports is missing the spring.
