There are single entries on Pages 6 (Vehicle Data), page 8 (Service Confirmation) and on page 19 (Anti-perforation inspection 2nd Inspection. There is no entry under 1st Inspection (Blank).  These are the only written entries in this booklet.

There has been a previous attempt to delete some entries with correction fluid although it would be much easier and more effective to cover these with cropped white sticky labels. 

The book is in a pristine condition apart from the above entries all photographed in the description. I have also photographed some of the blank entry pages however, if there is anything that you require a specific more detailed photograph of, then please let us know.
