Once you complete your order and send payment, we will provide you with a label so you can send your frame to the state of the art lab we partner with. Please include a copy of your current prescription from your eye doctor (a current Rx is necessary for us to be allowed to provide you with prescription lenses). Please be sure to include your pupillary distance (PD) measurement and your preferred segment height (this is the height that you want the add and is called “seg height” because this measurement used to be taken from the top of the flat segment from a flat-top bifocal. Your eyecare provider should be able to provide both of these measurements. If not, no worries! Our proprietary digital progressive design takes into account the best height for the add for your prescription in your frame. Just remember that with the measurements, the lens will simply work that much better for you.
