Approximately 12.25" tall by 11.5" wide. It features a velveteen lining, two outside pockets, one on front, one on the back, and an interior zippered pocket.

The strap is adjustable and also leather. Please see pictures for flaws and details. The strap has a slight kink in it where it was stored hanging on a hanger.
