Item is in clean condition.  I have observed that the CD's playing surface side is in very good condition, but I won't be responsible for any damage if you drop it when you open it.
Since I have no use for this item and I do not want it back for any reason whatsoever after the auction, I am selling this "AS/IS".  No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds!
