WARNING: Important Precautions Before Use

• Strictly do personal protection: Wear impact-resistant goggles, protective gloves,long-sleeved work clothes, and a protective face shield if necessary.
• Select the appropriate speed and Start with slow speed: Start drilling with a slow drill rotary speed, or the centre bit may be shattered on first use.! Choose the recommended speed according to the diameter of the hole saw and the material being drilled.
• Keep the drill body stable: Hold the electric drill with both hands while drilling, keep it vertical and stable, and avoid shaking, especially at the initial stage when the center drill contacts the workpiece.
• Use coolant (such as water-based cutting fluid) to cool down and prevent the hole saw from overheating, deforming or the material from sticking
• Remove chips and cool in time: Withdraw the hole saw periodically during drilling to remove chips. Clear chips frequently to prevent them packing in saw teeth,slowing cut and overheating blade.
• Lubrication-For cleaner cutting action and longer saw life,use a good grade of cutting oil when hole sawing metal.
• Please remove the spring on the pilot bit when you are drilling a hole on the materials over 10mm thick.
