Gemstones: Any gemstones & pearls that may be included in this item/lot have not been professionally tested. We use a Presidium Gem Tester combined with a brief observation of visual characteristics to identify the gemstone/pearl. We cannot determine if gemstones are natural, synthetic, or treated. Gemstones & pearls may have minor flaws, scratches, or inclusions beyond our ability to identify precisely.

Payment

Payments are due within 10 days from the auction end date and time.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.

Overnight shipping is not available.

If you have a preference, please get in touch with us before completing your payment.

Combined Shipping

Discounted shipping for combined orders is available for unpaid items only.

When you're ready for us to apply the shipping discount, please select the "Request total from seller" option. If that option is unavailable, please send a message stating only "combined shipping".

Large, heavy or fragile items may not be eligible for combined shipping.

10 item max per combined invoice, additional items will receive a separate invoice.

To avoid auto cancellations for unpaid items, we ask that discounted shipping requests for combined orders be made by the 7th day of the oldest item. We do not combine orders that have already been paid with unpaid items.

Please note that we are not in the office on weekends or holidays.

 

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment only and is subject to a service fee. If you arrive without an appointment, please be aware that you may need to wait up to 45 minutes. To schedule a pickup appointment, contact us at least one day in advance. All appointments must be confirmed by our staff. Appointments are available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8 AM to 3 PM. Please note that any orders not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned.
