Condition: Refurbished by Seller. Comes in non-original packaging. This microscope and its accessories are in excellent cosmetic and working condition with a few minor cosmetic blemishes and signs of normal use, but nothing that affects function. Some of the accessories are brand new (see included list). There is a small paint chip on the back of the boom base, but it is in otherwise like-new condition.
All of the microscope's optics and eyepieces have been professionally cleaned, and internal parts have been cleaned and lubricated. The optics are clear with no defects or aberrations (see last set of photos).
Notes: This microscope camera requires AmScope software (free from the manufacturer) to power on and operate. We installed the software and verified proper operation. The final set of photos show the system's actual low/high magnification of a stick of RAM. The illuminator powers on and the dimmer functions properly from dim to full illumination, and a new 150W bulb has been installed. All zoom and focus knob mechanics function smoothly on the scope, focus mount and boom stand.
Please Note: No software is included. However, software and drivers are free downloads on AmScope's website.
