This is Cloak and Dagger #1, graded CGC Signature Series and signed by Terry Austin, and it’s the both Newsstand AND a Canadian Price Variant (75¢ cover).

While it’s not their first appearance, this is where the characters step into their own story for the first time in a dedicated series. The CPV adds a bit of scarcity compared to regular copies, and the Austin signature ties in nicely with the era.

A good pickup if you like character-driven Marvel books from the early 80s, especially in signed slab form.
