VERY IMPORTANT - The is an electrified HEAVY WEIGHT hinge, not a standard weight hinge. It is thicker and more beefy than a standard hinge and only works on a door and jamb that are prepared for the thicker heavy weight hinges.

This is a brand new in the box energy transfer hinge, also referred to as an Electric Hinge, from Command Access.  The manufacturer’s internal part number is 71029, but it’s better known as ETH4W4545-626.
