This is a vintage Mid Century Modern Danish, or Danish style ceramic art pottery lamp.

I would estimate it dates circa 1950s or 1960s.

To the top of the finial, the lamp measures 37 inches tall. To the top of the socket, it measures 28.5 inches tall (61 cm). The lamp itself measures 26  inches tall x 8.5 inches wide at widest point.

The thought that hits you when you see this lamp is wonderful presence! It just has an incredibly beautiful, artistic look about it. It was definitely made by a very talented potter.

The lamp has some scattered tiny worn spots on it, though two tend to stand out more than the others. The others tend to just blend in. The base has wear to the surface, but mostly on the sides for some reason. When you are standing just a little ways back though, you do not notice this.
