The figure is made using genuine LEGO parts, which are then UV printed with my own recreation of the original 2006-style design. 

The artwork is printed directly onto the LEGO parts using a professional Roland BD-8 UV printer. This allows for very high detail and very durable finish while retaining the feel of a genuine LEGO minifigure.

Each figure is produced individually. The process starts with recreating the artwork digitally, before preparing the blank genuine LEGO parts for printing. The torso, legs and other printed elements are then positioned within custom printing jigs and printed directly onto the surface. Once printing is complete, the figure is assembled and inspected before being packaged for dispatch.

This is ideal for collectors who love the classic LEGO Batman era, particularly the original 2006 minifigure designs, but don't want to pay the increasingly high price of the original Nightwing figure.
