Eggs are 1-3 days old at the time of shipment and are collected, stored, and handled properly prior to shipping.
🚚 Shipping & Handling Disclaimer
• Orders ship Monday–Wednesday only to reduce time in transit.
• Shipping typically takes 2–3 business days, but delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier handling, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier, all responsibility for transit time, handling, and environmental exposure transfers to the carrier.

📦 Packaging & Damage Policy

• In the rare event eggs arrive broken, the buyer must:

• Resolution (replacement or partial refund) is at seller’s discretion only.

• Hatch rates are affected by:
• Shipping stress and vibration

• Turning schedule
• Storage methods and time after arrival
• Fertile eggs are best incubated within 7 days of laying. Eggs may remain viable up to 10–14 days if stored correctly, though hatch rates decline significantly after the first week.
