This charming vintage desk organizer captures the look and feel of a classic mid-century office workspace. The dark wood desk stand holds a collection of original Dennison office supply boxes, a small Dennison glass ink bottle, and a traditional wood-handled dip pen.
Included are several vintage Dennison supply boxes labeled Art Gum Eraser, Gummed Reinforcements, Key Tags, Transparent Mending Tape, Gummed Labels, Paper Clips, Thumb Tacks, and a Postage Stamp Container. Some boxes still contain their original contents.
The glass ink bottle is embossed “Waterman’s Ink” and would have originally held ink for the dip pen. The dip pen features a vintage Palm brand steel nib, and two additional loose Esterbrook steel nibs are included. Esterbrook was one of the most prominent American pen nib manufacturers of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
The Dennison boxes feature the classic color-coded packaging with gold script logo used by the company during the 1940s–1950s, giving this set a wonderful authentic vintage office look.
The wood organizer also features metal side handles, suggesting it may have originally been used as a portable desk caddy or small shop counter organizer, allowing office or store clerks to easily move commonly used supplies.
This set displays beautifully and would make a great addition to a study, library, writer’s desk, or vintage office décor display. It’s also a fun collectible for fans of vintage stationery, writing tools, and office ephemera.
Condition: Good vintage condition with expected age-related wear. The cardboard boxes show edge wear and discoloration consistent with age, and some supplies remain inside. The wooden organizer is solid and displays nicely. The ink bottle is empty and in good condition. Please review all photos for details.
