New in original packaging Budd Ball , a vintage three- piece figure from the Nerfuls toy line produced by Parker Brothers starting in 1985.  Nerfuls were marketed as "a ball to be around!" Figure consists of three interchangeable pieces, a spherical vinyl head, a bowl-shaped body, and a hat or hair piece.
