Questions and answers:

1. The hot water is not hot, and the light is not on---dry boiling (the water is not in the heating tank before turning on the electric heating). The product needs to be filled with water before turning on the electric heating.

2. The cold water is not cold enough:

The first case: If the refrigeration light is normally on, the fan behind is running normally, blowing hot air, and the refrigeration is normal (electronic refrigeration is limited to 13 to 15℃). If the outdoor temperature reaches 40℃ to 45℃, the electronic refrigeration may fail. The most efficient room temperature for electronic refrigeration is 25℃, and this temperature can achieve the best refrigeration effect.

The second case: The fan does not turn, the light will not light up, and the unstable voltage in some places may cause the circuit board to burn out. The failure rate of this failure to refrigerate can be said to be one in a thousand----the supplier has fully inspected the refrigeration effect of the product before shipment. This problem requires the replacement of the circuit board. Now the circuit boards are all plug-in. Customers can directly plug in the reissued circuit boards. It is easy to operate. The operation video can be provided to you.

3. The door cannot be closed---normally, it can be used for barrels within 20 liters. The empty size of the cabinet is 54 cm high, 28 cm deep, and 30 cm wide.

4. No water comes out---normally there is air in the new machine. You need to open the faucet or shake the water dispenser left and right to exhaust the air.
