FAQ

SHIPPING:

All items will be shipped within 1 business day of payment. I ship using the United States Postal Service, please do not request a specific shipping service. I do not ship on weekends or holidays. Unless otherwise noted, shipping anywhere in the United States will be free! Additional options are provided for expedited shipping at the calculated rate by USPS.

Coins/Notes less than $20

Shipment via Ebay Standard Envelope has limited Tracking.  There are times where there are delays in the mailing, natural disasters, Distribution center backups etc.  Should a delay arise, please allow a full 15 days from the date the coin was shipped and then contact me directly for investigation, a claim can not be filed prior to 15 days. It is very common an envelope shows delivered up to 3 days before it actually arrives.

I do make available Shipping upgrades at the calculated USPS rate which is updated by eBay based on destination location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

All international orders must be shipped through the eBay International Shipping program. All shipping/VAT/Customs charges are not visible to us as sellers when it comes to over seas shipping, this is charged by Ebay directly.

We appreciate positive feedback and take pride in our overall feedback rating. Please contact us with any problems prior to leaving negative feedback, I respond extremely fast and understand it can be difficult to see all aspects of a coin with images. I am also human.

RETURNS: 

We are aware that sometimes photographs don’t fully represent an item accurately. We have a 30 day, free returns policy. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sold. Returns for each listing are all or nothing.

OFFERS:

If you’re interested in an item, and “best offer” is enabled for that listing, please submit an offer. If it is not enabled for the listing, chances are we are not looking to sell the item for less than our asking price. You may still send us a message, Messages simply asking “what’s your best price?” will be ignored.
