The protagonist, Shinichi, is as unremarkable as a background character.

He's a childhood friend of Miyuki, the school's heroine, but he avoids drawing attention to himself and never speaks to her, living an ordinary life as just another classmate.

One day, he's summoned to the rooftop by his best friend, Yutaro, where he encounters Aoi, a quirky girl who's an outcast in their class.

"Does it give you a tingle?" With those words, Aoi suddenly tries to kiss Shinichi.

He's saved by Miyuki, who happens to be there, and manages to escape the situation, but after that, Aoi begins to strangely follow him around.

Aoi has no friends and lacks human emotions.

Wanting to teach her how to make friends, Shinichi decides to ask Miyuki for help, and the three of them spend time together.

As the days pass, Aoi gradually awakens to human emotions.

Meanwhile, Miyuki's feelings for Shinichi, which she had forcibly suppressed since childhood, resurface, and she slowly begins to grow closer to the protagonist. Just when they had become friends, the relationship between the three of them grew more and more strained each day.

They thought they could always be together--

But they can no longer be together as a trio--

Will the protagonist choose Miyuki, or Aoi...?
