Supported CPU: 10th/11th Gen LGA1200 CPUs (Rocket Lake), but it requires a specific BIOS update to function.

Supported RAM: DDR4 UDIMM RAM.  (**ECC/REG RAM will NOT work out**)

• Express Shipping: FedEx or EMS with Delivery Time 3-7 Biz. Days.

Return:

• We will provide a FedEx or DHL return label. 
• Buyers should personally drop off the return package at a designated FedEx/DHL Drop-off Location or ServicePoint, as we do not offer pickup services. 
• The physical condition of the returned item must be the same as its original condition (excluding cases of DOA, or Dead on Arrival).  We will provide clear photos of the item taken prior to the start of the return process.

Order Cancellation:

• For orders originating from EU countries or Australia (AU), a valid IOSS, EORI number, or ABN code is mandatory. Orders submitted without the required information will be immediately cancelled.
• Orders placed from regions or countries to which we cannot ship will be cancelled without further notice.
