There are no washing instructions on the tag, but the best care for this soft, t-shirt like material is to hand wash cold and line dry.

Sizing Tips: 14 inches from end to end.
The open end for the hand stretches to about 11 inches, with a finished 1.5 inch thumbhole an inch from the end. Arm end stretches to about 14 inches.
The grommeted straps are adjustable, if you want to tighten them, however the strap with pyramid spikes on it does not fit under the buckle and is not adjustable.
