USB Dongle Key for Markingmate and MM3D Software, supports a variety of laser marking controllers, including ELOGIC PMC2, MCx, UMC4, PMC2e, PMC6, EMC6, SCANLAB RTC3/4/5/6, and RAYLASE SP-ICE3. It is capable of controlling almost all types of lasers such as CO2, YAG, Fiber, Green, and UV.

There are twelve languages available, including English, Simplified Chinese, German, Japanese, Turkish, Korean, Portuguese, Polish, Vietnamese, French, Italian, and Traditional Chinese. Furthermore, users can customize various language versions by simply modifying a text file

  1. Program Library (OCX): This authorization is required for secondary development using OCX. Without this authorization, a warning window will pop up: MarkLibrary3 cannot find the protection lock!
  2. Rotation Axis: cylindrical surface processing, rotation engraving related functions.
  3. XY Slide: Use the XY axis and Z axis to control related functions.
  4. Flying Carving (MOF): The workpiece moves on the assembly line during processing, which is the compensation position of flying carving.
  5. Split Image: If the large image processing will exceed the working range of the lens, you can use the split image authorization function to divide the large image into several partitions and match the platform for processing.
  6. Lens Calibration: Call MMLens.ocx lens calibration related functions in OCX condition.
  7. Multi-head/System: One software can display multiple working ranges/softwares at the same time.
  8. Computer Vision Positioning (CVP): The software provides a vision system to solve time-consuming correction work and dynamic target grabbing, making it easy to position and mark.
  9. Manual Partitioning: advanced function allows users to define the partition engraving order and partition size.
  10. 3D (2.5D) Processing: Focus on axis hardware control and 2.5D processing related functions.
  11. Power Correction: Used with a power meter to solve the related functions of laser energy attenuation and unstable output power.
  12. Cutting Module: Through layer settings, while keeping the galvanometer at the zero position, it can move the slide table to cut off the necessary or unnecessary parts from the original workpiece
  13. Large Table: Supports front focusing type 3D engraving head (without f-theta lens) for large table focus correction.

  15. Editing Only: Provides simple software editing operations and functions related to saving EZM files, so the name implies that the light will be restricted.
  16. Rotating Axis (Continuous Mode): The rotating axis can continue to allow the galvanometer to perform marking operations without stopping the rotation.
  17. Deep Sculpting: Cut the content layer by layer and move the effect up from the material, and finally sculpt the finished product that is the same as the imported model.
  18. Model Outer Frame: Curve objects can be generated according to the outer frame of the model.
  19. Export CNC File: CNC-specific G-Code path files and DXF files can be output through the software driver.
  20. Split DXF File: Call the MMDXFSplitter.ocx function related to splitting DXF in OCX state.
  21. Image Vectorization: You can convert bitmap images into vector images composed of circles.
  22. Output Parameter File: Call ExportObjectParamFile in the DLL state to output specific format parameters.

  24. Grid Point Method for Large Table Correction: The Z-axis quadrant coordinate system is added to the grid point method correction page.
  25. Rotation Axis Z Compensation: The software provides the ability to import contour files for 3D processing actions.
  26. Cloud Marking (Standalone & Cloud Versions): A process system for file selection and marking by sending photos to a stand-alone network or managing files with the cloud through wireless networks
  27. Height Measuring Function: With the height measuring device, through the Z-axis lifting and lowering, workpieces of different heights can be quickly adjusted to the focal length during processing.
