Operation:
1. On/Off Button: Press the button to switch on or turn off the instrument.
2. °C / °F Button: Press °C / °F button to switch between Centigrade and Fahrenheit.
3. CLR Button: Press the button to clear/reset the MIN/MAX readings. 
4. Battery Replacement: Replace the battery when the reading becomes erratic or the display clarity fades. Using a CR2032 battery, the battery is located under the battery cover at the rear of the instrument.
