Up for auction is a ladies size large blouse from INC International Concepts. It is black with a ruffle front and fabric covered buttons on the chest area. It has elastic on the waist and elastic in the cuff of the arms. The top measures 19 inches across the front of the chest, armpit to armpit, and 24 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the shirt. Great shape! Pretty!
