RILEY 1.5 (1957 - 1965) FRONT DRUM BRAKE ASSEMBLIES, Refurbished

Pair of 9 inch Girling drum brakes as fitted to the Riley 1.5

This kit is a set of refurbished 1965 mark III Riley 1.5 front drum brakes and includes:

• ·       Pair backplates
• ·       Pair 9 inch brake drums
• ·       Set of brake shoes
• ·       Four brake slave cylinders
• ·       Brake adjusters
• ·       Brake shoe pull off springs
• ·       Shoe steady posts
• ·       Pair copper bridging brake pipes, not shown in pics

Condition:

• ·       Used backplates in good condition, coated HT black matt
• ·       Used brake drums, good condition, free from major scoring. Externally coated HT matt black, lightly oiled interior to prevent rusting, will need degreasing on fitting.
• ·       Set of used brake shoes. Original equipment with rivetted linings. Used, minimum 1.1mm wear remaining, free from scoring.
• ·       Used or NOS brake slave cylinders, used cylinders refurbished with new seals and covers, interiors polished or honed where necessary, new bleed nipples, new long reach and plain nut fixings
• ·       Used snail brake adjusters in working order
• ·       Used brake springs
• ·       Shoe steady posts, used, with lock nuts
• ·       New bridging brake pipes, will need bending to shape to fit when fitting

Excludes:

• ·       Other brake pipes
• ·       Brake hoses
• ·       Back plate fixing screws.
