Gelcoat Repair Kit: Ceramic repair 100g AB glue*2, 120-grit sandpaper*1, 240-grit sandpaper*1, 800-grit sandpaper*1, stirring stick*1, gloves*2, four colour of paint (green and brown red and black), gelcoat repair instruction manual*1, toothpick*1.
It is used to repair the boat jackets and potholes on the surface of the fiberglass boat. It can repair the parts above the waterline of the boat, including steel, aluminum alloy, wood, carbon fiber, plastic, composite materials and stainless steel, etc.
Instructions
1. Use a stirring rod to take an equal amount of AB component on the mixing plate;
2. Mix AB components thoroughly until the color is uniform;
3. Use a bamboo stick to pick up the paint and mix it with the mixture in the second step to adjust to the desired color;
(The above steps need to be completed within half an hour)
4. Use masking paper to protect the boat clothing around the repaired area;
5. Fill the mixture to the area to be repaired;
(The mixture will be tack dry within 1 hour and completely solidified within 24 hours)
6. After it is completely solidified, use sandpaper to polish the repaired area. We provide 3 types of sandpaper with a maximum grit of 800. Repair completed.
