Natural banded agate geode nodule with tight fortification banding

Small but very attractive 1.25 inch agate geode showing tight concentric chalcedony banding surrounding a solid white quartz/chalcedony center. Features a tiny natural opening into the center.

This piece is currently natural/unpolished but would take a very nice polish if someone wanted a lapidary project. Also displays nicely as-is and stands upright naturally.

Back shows natural red iron rich matrix typical of agate nodules.
