The figure is finely cast with excellent
attention to detail in the costume and
facial expression, while the two dogs
display the characteristic elongated lines
and dynamic posture so typical of Art
Deco animal sculptures. .
The sculpture is mounted on a substantial
polished black marble base, enhancing
the contrast between the warm bronze tones
of the figure and the striking silvered
finish of the dogs.
