So much to love on this gorgeous piece with its classic blue gingham (probably cotton) fabric with velvet flocked daisies, lace trim on the neck, skirt, and cuffs, puff sleeved, gorgeous gathered details on the bodice and skirt, and a waist tie in the back. Perfect and so light for spring! In excellent condition, clean and ready to wear!

Measures 40”-41” around the bust and is 55.5” long. Waist and hip is free, waist can be tied to any size with ties!!
