HOW TO ORDER

• Click "Buy It Now" at the top of the listing.
• Select a payment method.
• Place your order. This will forward your order and all your details to us.
• You may get a message saying "Please contact the seller to request the total for the freight (shipping fee)". Ebay will not accept your payment until after you have placed your order and received your invoice. Simply skip that line and finish placing your order. 
• We will email you an invoice for the total price, included shipping cost, which will allow Ebay to accept your payment.
• If you haven't requested a delivery quote, or told us that you intend to pick your purchase up from the Tottenham (Melbourne) warehouse prior to placing your order, we may have to contact you to make sure that any freight quote on the invoice is accurate as there are several options available for most orders.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

• Assistance may be required with unloading if item is large and bulky or over 30 kg: Please ensure that a forklift or other unloading equipment is available to unload upon delivery.
• If you don’t have means to unload, you may be required to pick item up from a designated freight depot.
• Alternatively a tailgate delivery may be available at an additional cost, please contact us for a quote for a tailgate truck fee.
• NO PO BOXES : for parcels above 22kg and/or longer than 1meter. Signature is required.
• Goods are shipped once payment is received in full. We strongly advise all customers to provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the goods during business hours.
• All courier companies will attempt delivery of your goods once. If no one is home when delivery is being attempted, a note will be left in you letter box. A re-delivery will incur extra charges. All second deliveries need to be directly organised with the courier company and paid for before goods are delivered.
• Once in the hands of the couriers, freight times are outside of our control. However you will receive a tracking number when goods are dispatched so you can track your order online. All tracking details are forwarded via email and customers are welcome to contact the relevant freight company, or we are happy to attend to any queries you may have.
• SHIPPING TIME: Under normal situations, delivery time will take 3 to 10 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote areas may require longer delivery time.
• TRACKING: You will be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number. As we have no control over goods once they depart our premises, insurance is not included in the shipping amount advised. We can request but cannot guarantee that the courier will contact you prior to delivery. However, all tracking details are forwarded via email upon dispatch and customers are welcome to contact the relevant freight company, or we are happy to attend to any queries you may have.
• A signature is required for all deliveries unless a "leave safe" authorisation is in place for smaller items.
• COMBINED POSTAGE: Contact us for freight cost. In order to benefit from combined shipping, please make payment for the combined purchase at the same time. 

   FREE PICKUP OPTION (No Handling Fees apply) 

• Bookings are essential. 
• Collection available from the Melbourne warehouse at Tottenham, Vic 3012.
• Pickups are on Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:00pm except on public holidays
• We usually need 24 hours' notice to get your purchase ready and into the dispatch area for when you arrive.
• If your order was placed using the free pickup option, You will be emailed a paid Tax Invoice with the pickup address in both the "Ship To" field on the invoice and in the email to which the invoice is attached.

RETURNS

• Returns are accepted for 30 days excluding for change of mind or incorrect order so please check your order before submitting. 
• Parts or replacement will be supplied under warranty for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
