designs (for walls and ceiling) used among the thirty elevators in the Chrysler Building. The Tyler Co. of Cleveland built these cars, as well as most of the spectacular cars used in the new sky-scrapers. The car alone may cost as much as $5,000, while the com-plete elevator installation now ranges from $20,000 to $30,000.
