Published in 1911, this is a finely bound example of the
poems of William Wordsworth, bound in a quality full polished Morocco leather
binding, page edges brightly gilded all-round, fitted with marbled endpapers,
and gilt dentelles to the leather turn-ins. Book is 7.5 inches tall, 986 pages,
illustrated with an engraved portrait frontispiece. The binding is not signed,
but carries the booksellers of G. David of Cambridge.
CONDITION
Apart from a few minor rubbed spots, the leather binding is in
very good condition. internally light browning to edges of endpapers, else
contents are nice and clean with no inscriptions.
