2 x VINTAGE WORLD WAR II era MILITARY POCKET WATCH Bravingtons Field WWII 

Two World War Two military issue Bravingtons London pocket watches which are not working and therefore being sold for repair or spares..  

They both have the military issue Crows Foot stamp. The watches come with a vintage Bravingtons Box.

One is numbered “GS/TP 040272” The condition of this watch is overall good with signs of age and use.  The watch dial has discoloured.  I have taken a photo of the mechanism.  When I try to wind it the the crown seems fixed and I am not able to properly turn it when the crown is down, when pulled up I am able to adjust the hands as expected.  The metal on the back has some signs of tarnish.

The other watch is numbered GS/TP P24263.  When I wind it the watch ticks away for a few seconds and then stops.  The hands can be adjusted as expected.  The dial is in good order.  There is no ring at the top.  The watch back is very securely in place and I have tried to remove it to photograph the mechanism, but I am not a watch expert and do not want to damage it, so thought it best to leave it in place, however I would expect the mechanism to be in similar condition to the other watch, because it has been well sealed and secure.

Size:-  the diameter of both watches is approx 51mm.
