Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This transformer is in good condition with minor scuffs and scratches from previous use but nothing that should affect the functionality of its operation.
Notes: The transformer was removed from a working facility that was being decommissioned. Continuity was tested between primary and ground using a cable length meter and a standard digital multimeter and was within proper levels. No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
