This listing is for a Goldak Model 4400 Pipe & Leak Locator and a 3300 Transmitter Kit. The locator needs some work, I opened it to see if the problem was visible and the only issue I saw was the ground not being attached anymore (see last photos). I am not sure why it doesn’t power up with fresh batteries though, so it is being sold as is. The transmitter still works, and powers on great.
