Shipping:
We generally ship in 24 hours, Fridays, holidays and weekends excluded. Shipping is based on weight and destination just like at the post office. We do not pad or mark up shipping in any way.

Combined Shipping:
We combine shipping charges for items purchased or won within a 3 day period. We refund any overages charged by eBay in excess of $1. 

International purchases totaling $50 receive a shipping discount of half off shipping up to $10. Import duties, taxes, tariffs and any other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not mark items as “gifts” for customs purposes. U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior as does eBay. We participate in eBay's International Shipping (EIS) program.

Free Shipping:
To qualify for free shipping:
* The order must be shipped within the U.S.
*The order must total $50 or more (before shipping is calculated - applies to international orders as well).
*The order must be paid for all at once. Continue purchasing until done, then request a combined shipping invoice or use eBay's cart. Items paid for individually do not qualify for our free shipping offer.
* Orders must be paid for within 3 days of the first purchase.

U.S.P.S.:
The U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S) is our shipper of choice. Please contact us if you’d like shipping via another carrier.

Packaging:
All items offered by Cat's Magical Shoppe are new! We often use the euphemism NIB (new in box) to describe our items and, although you may receive your item without a box, you will receive it exactly as it comes to us from the manufacturer or vendor. You can rest assured that even if your item comes with no wrapping, it is new and has never been used prior to arriving in your hands.

Returns:
Returns and exchanges permitted within 30 days of receipt of item with prior authorization. Returns and exchanges may be made for any reason.
We take the extra time to provide detailed descriptions of all of our items. Please email us with any questions before bidding or purchasing an item. If we have made a mistake, please email us right away.
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and will gladly work with you if there are any problems with your item.

Special Note:
Your item may arrive in recycled materials. Cat's Magical Shoppe takes care to leave the lightest footprint and least damage to our Earth. We would appreciate you reusing and recycling any materials that come with your purchase.
