Storage
Immediately after shooting, the item is placed in a sealed container with desiccant and stored in a temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouse for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Depending on the weight and shape of each item, we use various cushioning materials to ensure both safety and lightweight packaging.
Unconditional Return Policy

We offer an unconditional return policy if you contact us within 30 days after receiving the item.
Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and in the same condition as received (e.g., no bracelet adjustments or protective film removal).
Please contact us before returning the item to arrange the details.
The return shipping cost will be covered by the seller.
