This is The Royal Albert Old Country Roses Ruby Celebration Ruby Damask Salad Plate. This series was made in England in 2001 for the Old Country Roses Ruby Celebration. The plate measures 8 1/4 inches in diameter and is in pristine, as new condition with no chips, cracks, or utensil marks.
