ALL OF OUR GEARBOXES ARE SUPPLIED WITH A 90 DAYS WARRANTY AS LONG AS YOU FIT IS WITH A BRAND NEW FLYWHEEL AND ORIGINAL OIL (PLEASE KEEP THE RECEIPT OF THE NEW FLYWHEEL AND OIL AS WE WILL NEED TO SEE IT IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM).   PLEASE BE SURE THE GEARBOX IS FITTED BY A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC WHO CAN FOLLOW THE CORRECT FITTING PROCEDURES WHEN INSTALLING IT TO AVOID VOIDING YOUR WARRANTY.   

PLEASE ENQUIRE PRIOR TO COMPLETING A PURCHASE AS THE POSTAGE FEES WILL BE COVERED BY THE BUYER IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN OF ANY WRONG PURCHASE.   

ALSO NOTE THAT IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM, WE WILL REQUIRE PROOF OF FITTING PROCEDURE BEING FOLLOWED IN ORDER TO VALIDATE THE WARRANTY.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. If you purchase on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, we will not be able to dispatch via a courier until the following Monday.


Shipping costs are for mainland UK, and do not cover Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Etc. If you reside in one of the following postal code areas: AB31 to AB56, ON, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA20 to PA78, PH, ZE and PO BOX, please contact us for shipping costs for these areas.


RETURNS

Returns are only accepted within 14 days based on valid reasons such as damaged or defects. Please note that the buyer pays for the postage fees (both dispatch and return postage fees). 

Very rarely, some dishonest buyers try to return their defective item to the seller once they receive the one they purchased. Please be aware that we mark all our items (visibly and invisibly).
