This is a superb hand-signed, official NASA issued, lithographic print of Buzz Aldrin. Not the cheap photograhic copies that were signed much later.
Apollo XI was the first spaceflight that landed humans on the Moon. Commander Neil Armstrong and Lunar Module Pilot, 'Buzz' Aldrin formed the crew that landed the Apollo Lunar Module 'Eagle' on the Moon on July 20th 1969.
Armstrong became the first man to step onto the Lunar surface, Aldrin joined him 19 minutes later, and together they spent 2hrs 15mins outside the spacecraft.
The 1969 issued litho prints issued by NASA, are considered by collectors as the 'Holy Grail' of astronaught autographs and far more desirable than the later photographic reprints that they signed.
Aldrin has signed it 'Buzz Aldrin' in a fine black felt pen.
The reverse of the print carries the NASA logo and a paragraph of information about Buzz Aldrin.
