Shipping and RETURN POLICY:

There are no returns on items bought unless it is a mistake on our part. Buyers are responsible to make sure that the item will fit their machine. Before completing your purchase, double check that this part fits the machine you are buying it for.

POWERHOUSE SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL: We ship Monday through Friday. All orders paid for before 3:30 P.M. Mountain Standard time will be shipped that day, otherwise the order will be shipped the following day. We generally ship using the cheapest service, to save the customer money, so if you would prefer a certain shipping service please let us know by an email or a note. If you choose to use USPS Parcel Post please be aware there is no tracking available and delivery time can be more than two weeks.

COMBINED SHIPPING: We do offer combined shipping, please specify that you will be buying another item on your first purchase.

DOMESTIC: Free Shipping is only for lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii and PR will be contacted to pay an increased shipping fee. 

INTERNATIONAL: We ship anywhere USPS will ship. All international shipping is done by USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE)

We are not responsible for any customs fees!! When you pay for shipping that is only to ship the item to you. Any and all fees required by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. There are no exceptions!!!
