When dissolved in water and taken orally, it helps neutralise acidic urine, reducing irritation of the bladder lining and easing painful urinary symptoms.
Adults and children over 6 years:
Dissolve one sachet in a glass of cold water.
Take up to three times daily.
Use for a maximum of 2 days unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Do not use if you are allergic to sodium citrate or any of the ingredients.
Consult your doctor before use if you:
Have heart, kidney, or liver problems
Are on a low-sodium diet
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
If symptoms persist for more than 48 hours, or if you develop fever, back pain, or blood in urine, seek medical advice promptly.
